Skystar touch screen not working

4 month old skystar on original v1 firmware. Cannot enter any menus or adjust power (swipe up twice or down). Have tried the usual. Shutdown. Pulled battery for a while etc. Still fires, still sleeps with 5 clicks of fire button. 3 clicks of the fire button turns off LCD. No drop damage. Just happened.

Any ideas?
